The Handsling CEXevo Shimano GRX Di2 is an off-road ready gravel and cyclocross bike built to your custom specification in our workshop, including a variety of branded components.

GRX groupsets are available with either close ratio to suit cyclocross or wide ratio gearing for gravel. The Di2 electronic gearing delivers quick and smooth shifting even under high pedaling torque.

The championship winning Handsling CEXevo is the perfect superbike for those who want to go fast across all terrain. The stiff, lightweight frame builds into a sub-8kg super bike that will excel off-road.

The bike is ideal as a cyclocross race bike, a fast gravel bike or an all-road adventure bike.

Production

Some of our frames are joint ventures - like the TR3evo - and others we own 100% - like the A1R0evo - but in all scenarios we lead the design process and exercise control over the production process. Design

Our frames are designed in-house, working in conjunction with our very talented and experienced engineer who turns our rough designs and crazy ideas into practical 2D , CAD 3D, and then into prototype frames. Photo shows TR3evo CAD drawing.

Production Techniques

We use the latest production techniques such as EPS internal moulds to ensure we have the highest levels of carbon compaction in our frames, making lighter, stronger and stiffer frames. The inside of the frames are therefore very well finished making cabling very easy. Photo shows a dissected A1R0evo frame with EPS internal moulds.

Destruction

Our frames are rigorously tested in a two stage process involving intense and often destructive testing in the factory, followed by real world testing here in the UK. Photo shows an A1R0evo frame in factory testing.

Handsling frames are all about robust quality. We decided upon this strategy after experiencing so many issues with high end frames being damaged in minor collisions. Brands' constant striving for lightweight leading to the use of ridiculously thin, brittle carbon ill-suited to all but pro riders with an endless supply of frames.
