The Handsling CEXevo builds into the perfect bike for fast gravel road work over the summer, and training in the muddy lanes or some cyclocross racing over the winter.
We are about to start building up a brand new, unused 54cm CEXevo T800 carbon frame into a complete bike. Plan is to fit GRX 1x groupset similar to the one in the photos, but we can build it to buyers spec - e.g. Di2, or maybe SRAM, etc.
Frame is painted in our matt triple grey paint, with an uncut steerer tube, which we can cut to suit the buyer.
The CEXevo is perfect for leisurely rides on or off-road, or for hammering away in cyclocross racing, cross-sportives, fast gravel grinding and road riding. The frame is stiff yet comfortable, with geometry that is stable off-road, yet still very lively and racy.
This planned bike spec is as follows:
Handsling CEXevo carbon frame
Handsling hookless tubeless carbon wheels, 40mm deep, 30mm wide, handbuilt by Ian Lynch, with stiff 15mm front and 12mm rear thru axles
Maxxis Rambler Gravel tubeless tyres (38mm width)
Shimano GRX groupset RX600 1x (40 x 11-40, crank length 170mm or 172.5mm)
Shimano rotors (160 front and 140 rear)
Prologo Saddle and black bar tape
Handsling Carbon Seatpost
Deda bars (width 42cm c-c) and stem (length 10cm)
HSC Ceramics BSA bottom bracket
Complete bike weighs under 8kg.
