This page explains how shipping, duties, and taxes work for trade orders only.

For consumer orders, please refer to our standard Shipping page.


Please note: all bikes and most frames are built or painted to order. Shipping times below refer to transit time once your order has left our workshop.

 


 

 

UK Trade Customers

 

 

  • Trade pricing is shown ex-VAT

  • Shipping is available for all frame, bike, and component orders.

  • Shipping costs are normally calculated at checkout. For larger or multi-bike trade orders, shipping may be quoted separately.

  • We ship using DPD, DHL, FedEx, or other trusted UK couriers.

  • Tracking information is provided for all orders once dispatched.

  • If you have specific delivery requirements (timed delivery, multiple locations, etc.), please contact the sales team before ordering.

 

 


 

 

EU Trade Customers

 

 

  • Trade prices are supplied ex-VAT and ex-duty.

  • Orders are usually shipped DAP (Delivered At Place) – local import duties, taxes, and handling fees are payable by the receiving business.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or quoted on your trade order confirmation, depending on order size.

  • We use DHL, FedEx, or other trusted international couriers for EU shipments.

  • Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

  • An EORI and VAT number may be required for import clearance; please ensure your account details are up to date.

 

 


 

 

USA & Canada Trade Customers

 

 

  • Trade prices are supplied excluding local taxes and duties.

  • Orders are shipped DAP (Delivered At Place) – any import duties, sales tax, and brokerage/handling fees are payable by the receiving business on arrival.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout for standard orders. Larger shipments (multiple bikes/frames) may be quoted individually.

  • We ship using DHL, FedEx, or other trusted international couriers.

  • Tracking information will be sent once the order has been dispatched.

 

 


 

 

Rest of World Trade Customers

 

 

  • Trade prices are supplied ex-VAT and ex-duty.

  • Orders are shipped DAP (Delivered At Place)taxes, duties, and import charges are payable by the receiving business and are not included in Handsling invoices.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout for most destinations; for larger or high-volume orders we may provide a custom shipping quote.

  • We use DHL, FedEx, or other trusted international couriers.

  • Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

 

 


 

 

Large / Bulk Trade Shipments

 

 

  • For multi-bike, team, or shop stock orders, we may ship on pallets or via dedicated freight services.

  • Shipping for bulk orders will be quoted individually based on volume, weight, and destination.

  • If you wish to use your own courier account, please contact us and we can discuss collection from our UK workshop.

 

 


 

 

Delivery Issues & Damage on Arrival

 

 

  • All trade shipments are carefully packed and fully insured.

  • Please inspect all boxes upon delivery and note any visible damage with the courier before signing.

  • Any shipping damage or missing items must be reported to Handsling within 3 working days of delivery so that we can raise a claim with the carrier.
