Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your contract and cancel eligible purchases within 14 days of receiving your goods, without providing any reason.
⚠️ Important Exemption: Custom-Painted Bikes & Frames
Under EU consumer protection law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or clearly personalised goods.
Because our custom bikes and frames are painted and built specifically to your unique specifications, all sales of custom-painted bikes and frames are final. Once the contract is confirmed and production begins, these items cannot be cancelled, withdrawn, or returned.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To withdraw your standard items, you do not need an account or to log in. Simply use the electronic withdrawal form below.

What Happens Next?
Once you click "Confirm Withdrawal," you will instantly receive an automated email confirming that we have received your request.
Our team will review the request to verify the items are standard (non-custom) components. We will then follow up with the exact address and instructions for shipping the components back to us. Please note that you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. Once we receive and inspect the returned components, we will issue your refund to the original payment method within 14 days.
