Yet another Handsling-sponsored rider has been crowned national champion on a TR3evo track bike.
Racing a Purple Rain TR3evo, Sina Temmen powered to gold in the Junior Elimination race and won silver in the Junior Points race at the German National Track Championships.
Her superb result means she qualifies for the UEC Track Juniors/U23 European Championships in Anadia in July.
Held at the Cottbus Velodrome in eastern Germany, 18-year-old Sina put in a commanding performance in the Elimination, but just missed out on the Points race win.
She said: "After only just missing out on the title in the points race, I was even happier about my success in the elimination race. The elimination race is my favourite discipline, which is why it's a very special success for me. Because of my results, I will take part in the European Championships, where I will also ride my Handsling."
Her medals follow a string of past successes at Germany Junior Nationals, including gold in the Omnium and Madison. Earlier this year she won gold at a major track meeting in Belgium against quality international opposition. The sky is the limit for this incredibly talented track prodigy.
