The Handsling A1R0evo (pron. aero-evo) is the ultimate carbon road frame for those seeking to build a true do-it-all superbike
Using proprietary moulds, the A1R0evo utilises Toray T800 carbon fibre, in a race winning formula that is a successful in professional racing as it is popular with amateur enthusiasts
The in house designed A1R0evo frame combines these key features:
- Real world fast - wind cheating profiles of truncated aerofoil tube shapes
- Power transfer enhancement - asymmetric stays, oversized head tube and bottom bracket shell
- Control in all conditions - asymmetric forks to withstand twisting forces under braking
- Do-it-all road frame - the frame is stiff yet still comfortable, aided by a unique tapered seattube design and being able to fit tyres up to 32mm wide
- Race proven - used by 3 pro-continental teams to win multiple races
- Toray T800 carbon - advanced carbon lay-up for lighter weight, increased stiffness and ultimate performance

Using the same moulds as for the A1R0evo, the A1R0evoS utilises Toray T1100 carbon fibre, which requires less material to achieve the same level of frame stiffness, thereby resulting in a lighter frame that is still as stiff as our race winning T800 series frame.

Manubrio A1R0evo
Rígido, robusto y ligero.
El Handsling A1R0evo es el cuadro de carretera de fibra de carbono definitivo. Es rígido, robusto, liviano y con espacio para neumáticos de hasta 32 mm.
El A1R0evo lo hará todo bien, desde asaltar estrechos críticos del centro de la ciudad hasta conquistar pasos de montaña empinados y flotar sobre adoquines belgas.
El cuadro de carretera aprobado por la UCI está disponible en 14 colores de edición limitada.
Producción de marcos
Fabricado con carbono Toray T800, uno de los carbonos más fuertes y resistentes del mercado. Moldes internos de EPS utilizados para aumentar la compactación del carbono, eliminando pequeñas imperfecciones para hacer que el cuadro sea más resistente, liviano y rígido. Procedimiento de prueba riguroso y destructivo para superar los estándares ISO.
Diseño de marco
El marco fue diseñado internamente desde cero para lograr un rendimiento aerodinámico real combinado con la dureza para soportar golpes menores.
Handsling tiene la suerte de poder controlar todos los aspectos de la producción y, de hecho, poseer los moldes que utilizamos para fabricar nuestras bicicletas.
Aprobado por la UCI
Probado y desarrollado en condiciones de carrera, el A1R0evo aprobado por la UCI sobresale en múltiples escenarios: desde calles estrechas en el centro de la ciudad hasta pasos de montaña empinados y un paseo en un club.
Comodidad
El cuadro acepta neumáticos de 32 mm, lo que aumenta los niveles de comodidad y abre todo tipo de posibilidades.
Los neumáticos más grandes mejoran la comodidad, por lo que el cuadro se puede construir con mayor rigidez lateral. Forma aerodinámica única del tubo del sillín que se adelgaza hasta alcanzar el diámetro estándar de una tija de sillín.
La tija del sillín tiene forma de D aerodinámica y truncada y utiliza un inteligente perno expansor de abrazadera del sillín antiadherente oculto debajo del tubo superior.
A medida
Las bicicletas se ensamblan en el taller de Handsling en el Reino Unido según el tamaño y las especificaciones del ciclista, incluidos componentes de alta gama de Shimano, SRAM y Campagnolo, y su elección de ruedas y kit de acabado.
