The in-house designed A1R0evoS frame combines these key features:
- Real world fast - wind cheating profiles of truncated aerofoil tube shapes
- Power transfer enhancement - asymmetric stays, oversized head tube and bottom bracket shell
- Control in all conditions - asymmetric forks to withstand twisting forces under braking
- Do-it-all road frame - the frame is stiff yet still comfortable, aided by a unique tapered seattube design and being able to fit tyres up to 32mm wide
- Race proven - used by 3 pro-continental teams to win multiple races

The quality and performance of the A1R0evoS has been proven at elite level by multiple UCI Continental teams.
This year it is the race frame of UCI Continental Women's team, Handsling Alba, and UK Elite Men's team, Jakroo Handsling Racing. The frames have been ridden to multiple wins in the UK and Europe, including UCI stage races.

We understand how crucial it is to achieve the perfect bike fit. Unlike other bike brands, we don’t just offer off-the-shelf bikes. Instead, we ensure your frame size is precisely matched to you before starting your bike build.
Simply upload your bike fit directly on the product page or provide your measurements after placing your order. We will then be in touch to discuss your fitting requirements.
• Your custom-built bike will be delivered in around 4-6 weeks*, depending on your chosen options.
• You’ll receive regular updates throughout the build process.
• UK: VAT included. Ships via DPD, FedEx or DHL with tracking.
• EU: Taxes and Duties are included in product price. Orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)

We’ve simplified the assembly process to get you on the road faster. When your bike arrives, it’s 95% assembled, with only a few final touches needed:

2. Paint Queue
The frame is sent to the paint queue for your chosen colour and finish.
3. Regular Updates
You’ll be kept informed throughout the build process.
4. Final Assembly and Inspection
Each bike is assembled and inspected to meet our high standards before shipping or collection.

Stiff, Aero & Lightweight.
The Handsling A1R0evoS (pron. aero-evo) is the ultimate carbon road frame for those seeking to build a lightweight superbike
Using the same moulds as for the A1R0evo, the A1R0evoS utilises Toray T1100 carbon fibre, which requires less material to achieve the same level of frame stiffness, thereby resulting in a lighter frame that is still as stiff as our race winning T800 series frame
It refines our carbon fibre road bike platform with Toray T1100 carbon - delivering a lighter frame, increased stiffness, and ultimate performance for pro-level efficiency in a razor-sharp package.
One of the strongest, toughest carbons on the market internal EPS internal moulds used for increased carbon compaction, eliminating small imperfections to make the frame tougher, lighter, and stiffer rigorous, destructive testing procedure to surpass ISO standards.
The frame was designed in-house from scratch to achieve real world aerodynamic performance combined with the toughness to sustain minor knocks.
Handsling are in the fortunate position of being able to control all aspects of production and actually own the moulds which we use to make our bikes.
Tested and developed in race conditions, the UCI-approved A1R0evo excels in multiple scenarios - from tight city centre streets to steep mountain passes to cruising on a club ride.
Frame accepts 32mm tyres, increasing comfort levels and opening up all sorts of possibilities.
Larger tyres enhance comfort so frame can be built with more lateral stiffnessUnique aero seattube shape which thins to a standard diameter seatpost.
Seatpost is an aero, truncated D-shape and utilises a clever, non-stick seat clamp expander bolt hidden under the top tube
Bikes are assembled in Handsling's UK workshop according to rider size and spec, including high-end components from Shimano, SRAM, and Campagnolo, and your choice of wheels and finishing kit.
