Typical lead time is around 4-6 weeks, depending on paint choice and component availability. We confirm your fit first, agree the specification, book the paint slot, then assemble and quality-check in our workshop. If you have an event deadline, we’ll advise in-stock options to keep timings tight.

Yes. You can book an in-person fitting at our Hampshire facility or use Remote Tailored Sizing from home. We’ll confirm stack/reach, bar width and saddle height, discuss gearing, wheels and tyres, and finalise your build before assembly.
